Others provide reports under a variety of headings. It is important to remember that reports may vary widely in terms of how comprehensive and detailed they are.

We recently surveyed a variety of medico-legal reports intended to help with quantification. We found the areas covered, in the sample surveyed, were as follows:

Rehabilitation and therapies Past and future care Need for case manager Equipment (special aids and adaptations) Extra living expenses (extra heat/light, transport, telephone, etc)
CMS' needs report
Care report
Rehabilitation cost report
Rehabilitation assessment
Functional and services report
Special needs assessment
