Employment Reports
Case Management Services Ltd provides employment reports where there are issues over return to work including job retention and retraining after a variety of injuries and other sources of disability or reduced capacity.
The areas included in an employment report will be as follows:
- History of injury and effects of injury;
- Social and vocational history;
- Current and likely future status in relation to employment-related limitations
- Likely earnings without injury, including consideration of likely progression in career
- An account of any attempt to return to work, limitations encountered, consideration of retraining which may include assessment of vocational interest where appropriate
- Ability would not normally be assessed directly by means of tests but by means of consideration of background and employment history (This is because brief testing of ability is not likely to be a good indicator on its own of future employment potential.)
- Job prospects including consideration of vacancies and competition within the relevant travel to work area would be considered; rehabilitation programmes would be considered; whether there are transferable skills would be considered; and likely future earnings would be considered.
These reports are provided by an associate experienced in employment retraining. We are willing to accept instructions from Scotland and the North of England as shown on the map
