Nicola Richards
Nicola qualified as a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in 1983. She then trained for four years at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. She has experience of neurological conditions in both acute and community settings within the National Health Service.
Nicola has attended courses on dysphagia, cognitive neuropsychology, dysphasia therapy, dysarthria therapy, counselling, etc.
Based in Cumbria, Nicola has worked with Case Management Services since 1998 as a case manager with several clients and she also acts as supervisor to other case managers in the North of England. Nicola provides needs reports in cases of acquired.
