Jacqui Taylor
Jacqui qualified as an occupational therapist at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2003. She worked initially within a rehabilitation setting at Lightburn Hospital and then in the Southern General Hospital within the specialised stroke unit.
Jacqui is currently employed by Glasgow CHCP as a care manager in the Young Physical Disability Team for South West Glasgow.
Her duties within the team involve, assessing needs, implementing and reviewing care plans, liaising with external agencies, and supporting individuals to live within the community independently and safely. Her client based includes conditions such as multiple sclerosis, spinal injury, hypoxic brain injury and stroke, therefore encompassing both physical and cognitive impairments.
