Anna Watkiss

Anna graduated from Stirling University in 1993 with an Honours degree in Psychology. She joined Case Management Services in 1994 as an assistant psychologist. This role involved carrying out neuropsychological assessments under supervision and interviewing family members of individuals with traumatic brain injury. In addition she started working on costings for quantification reports. As her experience grew she then took on responsibility for costings for all quantification reports. She became a director in 2001 and finished her MSc in Occupational Psychology in 2003. She took on the supervision/line management of all case managers working for CMS, which she continued until 2007. Anna became a Chartered Occupational Psychologist in 2009.
She has been a case manager since 1998, involved in the management of many clients. In addition, she continues to work on the documentation for case managers, including establishing core competencies, preparing recruitment and training materials. Anna is a full member of CMS UK and also an advanced member of BABICM, being a committee member of their professional standards sub-group. In addition Anna is a committee member of the Division of Occupational Psychology for Scotland.
