Team Approach
We emphasise a team approach. Our brain injury case managers draw on a wide range of professional colleagues within CMS, both in providing rehabilitation and longer-term case management. We have regular multi-disciplinary reviews including neuropsychology and occupational therapy, and utilise standard clinical measures to guide progress.
In medico-legal work, the team approach is also invaluable. It enables report writers to canvass the opinions of colleagues on difficult points, and provides the research data on costs/practices in different geographical areas.
