Quantification Reports

We provide reports on the needs of adults and children who have sustained injury including head injury, spinal injury, and serious orthopaedic injury. We offer:

Immediate Needs Assessment (INA)

  • These reports are generally provided early post-injury or at some other point where the individual has become "stuck" and a way forward needs to be identified.
  • INAs are related to the Rehabilitation Code. The intention is to identify a way forward, in order to get the process of rehabilitation and/or treatment under way.

Quantification or "Needs" Reports

These reports set out - for litigation purposes - the long-term needs of the injured person. We can comment on various areas, sometimes in a combined report, and sometimes in separate reports. We can clarify what is best by phone or email.

Topics which may be covered are:

  • Therapy/rehabilitation needs, and further education/training
  • Future care
  • Case Management
  • Equipment/adaptations and brief comment on accommodation
  • Extra living expenses
  • We can also provide comment on "services" - what extra care, provided by family members, was reasonably necessary due to injury.
