Trying to find out where to get help and the answers you need can be challenging at the best of times. There is so much information out there and it can be difficult to know where to look and what is relevant to you when dealing with the impact of a severe injury such as brain/spinal injury.
We have identified the organisations we consider most relevant to our areas of work and whom we commonly refer our clients on to. We have good working relationships with care agencies, public sector services and voluntary organisations. We recognise that one size doesn’t fit all and will work with our clients to address their needs. If you are waiting for a case manager or are just looking for more information – about which benefits to apply for, to understand more about epilepsy or other conditions, or to meet others in a similar situation for support, our resources can help to get you on the right track.
We aim to provide signposting to where you can find out more about conditions and where to get help by linking you to the relevant organisations to provide more information. Whether you have been injured yourself/are caring for/working with someone with a brain/spinal cord or other injury, we aim to support you to access services to ensure you have all the information and support you need.
